The resort offers around 119–122 beach, reef, and overwater villas, each a standalone suite with a private infinity pool, large deck, indoor–outdoor living space, and direct access to the beach or lagoon. Villas feature custom king beds, high ceilings, oversized bathrooms with double vanities and soaking tubs, outdoor showers, and details like glass floor panels, hammocks over the water, and Aesop amenities in many categories. Ithaafushi – The Private Island is a separate 32,000 m² compound that can be booked exclusively, combining three residences, multiple pools, dedicated spa and gym, and a private culinary team for up to 24 guests.

Exceptional Dining

There are about 10–11 dining venues, ranging from fine dining to relaxed beach concepts, including signature options such as Zuma, Terra’s elevated bamboo dining pods, and a dedicated beach club. Situated in the South Malé Atoll on Ithaafushi Island and two sister islets, the resort is encircled by lagoon and reef with direct access to coral snorkeling just meters from many overwater villas. Its relative proximity to Malé allows convenient yacht transfers while still delivering a classic, secluded Maldivian private‑island experience.
